The point of the challenge is to get us all moving. But since we all move in different ways, and at different speeds, and have different schedules. All you need to do to join the challenge is state your name (for sidebar tracking purposes on the blog), intent, and then get moving! You can choose to walk or run or go to the gym or ride your bike or anything else that gets you moving!
So please read the whole statement below before committing. to the challenge
Contest begins January 5th, 2015 and ends April 4, 2015
There is NO cost for this Challenge!
We'll have check-ins every 7 days and you can report your totals via the comment section of the blog page ( http://healthy2thecore.blogspot.com/ ). It'll help keep each other motivated! Your weight loss will be updated and tracked every 7 days on the blog. We will announce every ones weight by 11 pm MST. so that you can see where you are in the standing every week.
The Rules are as follows:
* You must provide a recent picture( this will be REQUIRED TO PARTICAPATE.)
* you must tell us your starting weight and your goal weight to lose in 90 days
* You must be honest at all times when providing your weight.
* You must weigh in every week by 6pm MST. weigh ins will be every 7 days.
* 7 hours of sleep total (not necessarily consecutive -includes nap times too!)
* Drink 72oz or more of water every day
* 30 minutes to an hour of exercise every day for the first 30 days. Then the remainder of the challenge will require and hour to an hour and a half of exercise every day.
* 2 servings of vegetables and 2 servings of fruit every day
* No sodas, sweets, or unhealthy snacks
* Do not eat anything after 8 pm.
* know your severing sizes
* Never go hungry - try chewing gum in between meals or eating a healthy snack
* Never eat portions bigger than your fist at meal times or snacks
